Adds a Pockity+ family plan.

If you have already purchased Pockity+, the family upgrade plan will be displayed instead, a discounted IAP to unlock family sharing. The upgrade plan will be discounted (always!), thanking you for supporting me during the initial release of the app.

- Updated base localisation strings for all supported languages.

Fixed transferring funds across accounts sometimes not debiting the source account
